Good to know
- Reminders show inside your Ledger. We do not send emails or texts yet.
- For your records — confirm with your accountant. Dock & Loon does not give tax or legal advice.
- We have township rules for 25 Ontario townships so far. You can add a cottage anywhere in Ontario outside the City of Ottawa; for other townships the Ledger keeps your records and licence dates without township facts.
- Your licence number and notes are stored encrypted. You can delete a property and its records at any time.
- The Ledger is free. Two advanced exports are part of Pro (optional, $399 per year); founding owners get Pro free until their first booking through Dock & Loon.
