Rideau Lakes lists the Portland Transfer Station at 4427H Old Kingston Road, Portland, open Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Frontenac publishes a Waste and Recycling page. Burn rules and fire bans
